O brother, where art thou? On 18-city tour

First came the movie, then the hit soundtrack, and now the 18-city concert tour. Bluegrass music from O Brother, Where Art Thou? will be on the bill during the Down From the Mountain tour, which begins Jan. 25 in Lexington, Ky. Performers - some from the soundtrack, some not - include Emmylou Harris, Patty Loveless, Alison Krauss & Union Station and the Nashville Bluegrass Band. The month-long tour, which includes stops in New York, Boston, Washington and Seattle, is being presented by the filmmakers, the Coen brothers, and by T Bone Burnett. The Down From the Mountain show had dates earlier this year at Carnegie Hall and Nashville. The Nashville show was captured in a documentary of the same name.
